I recently read an article in Oral Health published October 2020 with the research done about Prebiotics which I share the part-summary of it here with you. Prebiotics are good for our oral health. They help keeping the bad bacteria in check and increasing the number of good ones. They help regulating the blood glucose levels which in turn help reducing the periodontal diseases. You can find them in vegetables, beans, fruits and fatty fish.
